 My Most Favorite Game (Except for LOTR)!!!!!!!!!! November 4, 2008
Splinter Cell is the best game that was ever created, with the sole exception of all "The Lord of the Rings" games. And, if you haven't noticed, I share the name of the main character! Ahem...
The graphics were so good when I first popped it into the disc drive that I literally couldn't speak for a few seconds. I then said "Wow! These are incredible!" The wind blowing, the grass waving, the footsteps echoing,everything combines for a solid game experience!
The AI is also fantastic and the guards that you sneak up on and attack can be positively ruthless if they spot you. They'll go from walking a patrol beat to shredding you with a submachine gun in two seconds flat. Sam Fisher is voiced by the talented Michael Ironside and I think the voice actor fits the character perfectly!
If you love stealth games and a solid and perfected storyline and also like the U.S. Armed Forces and the U.S. intelligence agencies, I highly suggest you buy this incredible game! If you don't like it, go see a shrink!

The idea for a spy game was great, and the game itself was extremely fun, only, it locked a lot. It's not the easiest game, but I liked it a lot.
